Great product and Awesome Customer Service
I just wanted to give a little feedback on your product. I have to admit I bought a heavy duty bullydog tuner first. It was a nightmare instructions were outdated even the website link for initial setup was non operational (link did not exist) customer service or I should complete lack of customer service. No phone number for sales or tech. i had to email and request a Tech to contact me via e-mail. long story short It would not load the update or load the files, would not communicate. It was a paperweight after multiple emails and no answers after 3days of frustration I boxed that pos back up and returned it..good riddance. Then I stumbled across your website that clearly listed contact information and a phone number..(wow, what a concept) I called and a real person answered and was extremely knowledgeable and personable (Jessica) had all the answers to all my stupid questions .a few days later my tuner arrived and after roughly an hour my 17 y.o. son had it installed and running on our 2014 fleetwood discovery diesel pusher rv..Results on maiden voyage were a 1mpg increase in fuel mileage and no issues on any grades. Even mont eagle mountain in Tennessee. These results are exactly what I needed. oh almost forgot we are pulling a 30 foot stacker race car trailer. Happy is an understatement. Thank you guys and girls for a great product and awesome customer service. sorry about the rant.
