Throttle Master – Our Newest Product Line
When you are shopping for a truck, we often establish a certain level of expectation for power, torque, and fuel economy. Advertisers use words like heavy duty, all terrain, towing performance, etc. We build up this great expectation that we will have more power than we need and a responsive fuel pedal. But in reality, we can be let down with the responsiveness, and our pedal can feel heavy, and slow.
A common problem we hear from truck owners is dead pedal, or throttle lag. We addressed this with a new throttle control module called the Throttle Master. I reached out to some of our testers and the consistent words I heard was “Responsive” “Increased Drivability” “Drives Effortlessly” “Easy Install.” Most of our products cover the diesel industry, but the throttle master fits many gas and diesel applications.
One customer expressed that for his 2019 RAM 2500 with a 6.4L Hemi, a throttle control module was the only way to go. He was part of our test group for the Throttle Master and said,
“Drivability and Responsiveness is great. I feel like I’m experiencing the horsepower I actually paid for and my driving experience is so much better. It really made my truck what I thought it should have been out of the factory. The Throttle Master made my truck ultra responsive on the low end of the torque and power band range.”
He did mention that using the performance setting in the snow wasn’t his best idea, but he learned his lesson.

So what features do we love about the Throttle Master? The app is my favorite feature. The app allows you to switch and optimize each setting. Let’s take a closer look at these settings:
- Economy actually reduces the throttle sensitivity allowing you to save fuel.
- Stock takes your truck back to its original settings.
- Street slightly increases the throttle response for daily driving.
- Performance is my favorite setting. It increases the throttle response for best drivability.
- Race is the max increased throttle response for best performance.
Our app allows you to fine tune each of these settings to best fit your needs.
The app also provides two special settings – Valet and Security mode.
- Valet limits the throttle to a certain position.
- Security disables the throttle pedal completely.
