Other than a misunderstanding about where to hook up the module (I had the unit plugged into the wrong port) installation was a breeze. The correct port for a 2008 VT365 International engine is on the valve cover (front of the engine) found on the passenger side.
Once installed correctly it works great, at the 20% setting I have noticed a remarkable improvement in engine performance. I can now climb moderate hills in 5th (top) gear without downshifting. My truck used to shift down about a third of the way up the hills. I’m looking forward to increased fuel economy just from this improvement in performance alone. Great product!.
