Note: Many people will advise you to also add an EGT, but as long as you don’t try to fly over a steep grade then I don’t think you need one. (However, an EGT would be nice to have.) Just use the extra torque when you need it to accelerate in everyday driving — and you will feel safer when merging on a highway because now you will not “limp” into merging traffic.
